Mychemvamp

So glad it's finally Fall. I can't even explain it. The leaves are changing colors, the air's getting cold, it's just perfect. I feel like Fall is the most inspiring time. That being said, I'm really hoping to get drawing here soon. I feel as if I've taken a break from drawing, and guitar and all my other little projects. I hope to find some time to get back into the swing of these things.

When I think back, I remember crunching leaves and rays of sunlight gleaming down through the trees. I remember home-made ramps, model trains, tic-tac-toe. Football in the street, legos, the ice cream man, skateboarding down the drive way. I remember walking around on halloween night, the best feeling in the world. Dressed up and prancing around in the crisp autumn air. The air here doesn't feel the same. The sun doesn't shine the same. And all at once I start to miss everyone I used to know. I start to miss riding bikes on the baseball field, singing the scooby doo theme song, using Ouija boards in poorly lit basements, listening to System o

I can honestly say, as a person who likes to listen and observe and learn from what others have to say, that the worst possible feeling is the feeling that someone is not listening to you. Patiently listening and finally coming out and saying something from the heart and just recieving that glance of "I really couldn't care less." It just makes me explode. People are so hell-bent on getting people to listen to them, and getting their opportunity to speak that they just forget to listen in return and that just disappoints me to no end. Just fullfilling my angsty teen stereotype via DA rants.
